3D Care Services is a care provider that delivers domiciliary care and support within Supported Living schemes and community environments. Domiciliary care is regulated and approved as a service provider by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in accordance with the Health and Social care act 2008 Regulations and the Care Act 2014. We respond to the individual needs of our customers on a 24-hour basis, 365 days a year.

 

Our customer and Customer groups are diverse, ranging from individuals requiring care and support to live independently within their own accommodation. This can be working alongside local Authorities or within the private sector.

Services

3D Care Services provides these services in Supported Living settings:

  • Assistance in and out of bed

  • Assistance with washing, bathing, showering

  • Assistance to dress and undress 

  • Assistance with mouth care

  • Prepare/cook Meals and Snacks

  • Prompt, give or administer Medication

  • Cleaning, laundry and shopping

  • Dealing with Housing Related Support such as paying bills, sorting council tax and benefits

  • Escort duties to appointments

  • Social Activities and Social Support and Inclusion 

  • Resource and community access

  • Activity Planning

  • 24 Hour Care

  • Specific timed care

Qualifications

  • Care Certificate and comprehensive Induction

  • Level 2 in Health and Social Care (if not already qualified)

  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care (for those wishing progression)

  • Moving and Handling

  • First Aid/Basic Life Support Health and Safety

  • Food Hygiene Fire Safety

  • Medication Management Infection Prevention Control Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults Covid19

  • Dementia Awareness Autism Awareness
